Es buenísimo el bircher muesli en todititas sus combinaciones
He vivido en suiza 25 años y lo agrego como mi preferido junto a quesos y chocolate
Ahora me pregunto , ya que aumentan las intolerancias alimentarias , como se realiza un proceso “natural” para extraer el gluten a la avena ????
