Hi Laura, this recipe worked perfectly for the algarrobo flour I have and I used some gf corn flour instead of cassava and that was fine instead. Thank you so much for sharing this, their delicious and can’t wait to make more! I also used melted butter as I didn’t have coconut oil..

El sabor es muy rico, pero al hacer la masa me quedó como desmigajada. No he podido estirarla con el rodillo, así que he hecho las galletas a mano. Una vez horneada no se quiebra, pero creo que podría estar mejor. He cambiado la harina de yuca por la de almendra (no tenía de yuca je je), aunque no creo que sea por eso. ¿Si le añado un huevo conseguiré la textura o es por otra razón?
